He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edwin Gayle and Jolene Derrick (Coulter). He is survived by: his wife Marcy Schenk; his children, P. J. Gayle of Hinton, Jessalynn Gayle of Manhattan and Jakeb Gayle (Tylene) of Chickasha; his grandchildren, Daxton Smith, Sayge Gayle, Jaxson Gayle and Zoa Gibson; his son Jess Schenk; his brother Glen Gayle; and his cousin Cimarron.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home (804 Utah Ave, Chickasha, OK 73018). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (226 S 29th St, Chickasha, OK 73018).
In his death, Paul showed his giving spirit by donating his organs and was able to save the life of a 46-year-old man from the Midwest.
