It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Ratliff of Chickasha, Oklahoma, born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Clowdus and Dorothy Clowdus (Jones). She is survived by: her husband Alvin Ratliff; her daughters, Rozy Ratliff of Chickasha and Carrie Wise (Jared) of Jenks; her grandson Bode Wise; and her brother Randal Clowdus of Olustee. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
