She is survived by: her former husband Billy Warren Stephenson; her husband Jeff Givens, Jr.; her siblings, Aurelius Maytubby Jr., Mitchell and Erma Jean James; her son Derwood Stephenson; her stepson Henry Givens; her brother Dr. Willard Maytubby (Doris); her nephews, Jeffery Givens (Cynthia) and Mark Givens (Edith); and her stepson Don Givens (Connie). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
