He was predeceased by: his parents, Masten Bailey and Ida Bailey (Chafins); his son James Dean Bailey; his brother Kenneth; his sister-in-law Joyce Gray; and his nephew Terry Alan Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Bailey of Chickasha; his daughter Tammy Henderson (Terry) of Marion, Ohio; and his stepchildren, Mary Sue Taff (Clint) of Dallas, Texas and George Ray Brown of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many other extended family and friends.
