She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joseph and Audrey Brown Smith; and her siblings, Henry, Stanley, Sydney, Dorothy and Audrey.

She is survived by: her sisters, Gloria Johnson of Chickasha and Helen Joseph of New York; her nephew Anthony Johnson of Tennessee; her nieces, Nellie Monroe of New York and Phyllis Elaine Johnson of Georgia; and her friends, Myrtle Powell of Brooklyn, James and Jo Ann Jackson of Chickasha. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
