He is survived by: his friend James Blevins; his former wife Sheri Monroe; his son Jonathan Shane Downes (Jennifer Downes); his wife Beth Bell; his daughters, Brooke LeAnn Horn (Charlie Pahcoddy) and Emily Diane Horn (Eric Twohatchet); his friends, Honda and Harley; his son Shon Downes; his grandchildren, Sheldon, Terra, Tyler and Beth Downes; his son Brent (Kenzee Downes); his grandchildren, Hayden, Chase, Ava, Parker, Kasha, Kylie and Kaylee; his siblings, Kelly Flow (Marty), Cindy Bramblett and Casey Downes; and his sister-in-law Cari Jo Taylor. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
