He is survived by: his mother Donna Adair (Stavig) of Ninnekah; his wife Denise Williams; his children, Chelsea Adair and Nathen; his daughter-in-law Mika Adair; his grandson Brantley Adair of Chickasha; his brother Anthony "Tony" Adair (Cheryl) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Candice Thomason, Bryan Lee Adair, Christopher Adair and Ashley Adair. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
