He is survived by: his wife Jonnie Smith; his brother Marvin Smith (Susan) of Chickasha; his children, Tim Smith (Lisa) of Chickasha, Terri Chandler (Jay) of Jacksonville and Jeff Smith (Mindi) of Chickasha; his grandchildren, Barry Rooks of Coral Springs, Ashley Ryans of Chickasha, Taylor Milner (Jon) of Chickasha, Rachael Rooks, Jason Chandler, Sarahann Chandler of Jacksonville, FL, Kylee and Jax Smith of Chickasha; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Baylee Ryans of Chickasha and Maddox Milner of Chickasha.
