He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Poag and Vera Poag; his daughter LeDonna Poag; and his brothers, Harold and Donald Poag.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Lewis Poag; his wife Patty; his son Steve (Dana); the mother of his children Delores Elkouri; his grandchildren, Megan Boswell and Lauren Savage (Jonathan Rodgers); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Kaiden Boswell and Olen Rodgers.
