She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Edwin and Delia Faye Cook (Rainwater); and her brother Larry Joe Cook. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Thornburg (Tasha), Brandy Ainsworth (Aaron) and Jeff Thornburg (Brooke Goddard). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
