She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Victor Perry, Jr. and Lois Perry (Leatham); her stepmother Mary Perry; and her siblings, Mary Jo Smith and Sherman V. Perry.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Dockins; her daughters, Sonia (Dallas Hayes) and Misty (Chris Brown); her husband Kenneth Askins; her daughters, Michelle Dewey of Chickasha and Krista Gray of Verden; her sister Ella; her brother-in-law Doug Clements of Arizona; her brother Larry; and her sisters-in-law, Susan Perry of Texas, Faye George of Chickasha and Connie Lasseter (Rick) of Chickasha. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
