She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Seymour and Verma Seymour; her husband Louie G. Phillips; her grandson Tanner Phillips; and her siblings, Thomas Calvin Seymour, James Edward Seymour, Charles Lee Seymour, Alvin Ray Seymour, William Jackson Seymour, Walter Robert Seymour, Larry George Seymour, Virginia Louise Johnson, Betty Jo Simpson and Sharon Kay Seymour.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Phillips of Cyril, OK and Alan Phillips (Shannon Phillips) of Edmond; and her grandchildren, Shaddiah Phillips, Gunner Phillips and Raven Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
