She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emmert and Jayne Emmert; and her brother Bruce Emmert. She is survived by: her sons, Matt McCombs and John; her daughter-in-law Brittan; her grandchildren, Griffin and Ellis; her former husband Dan McCombs; and her sisters, Jann (Dan Glidewell) and Jenny Emmert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the '2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's' organized by the Alzheimer's Association.
