We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2024, at the age of 94, Jo Ann Hoffman of Chickasha, Oklahoma, born in Carnegie, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Bailey and Opal Bailey (Crumm); her husband Henry Hoffman; her siblings, Belton Bailey and Evanelle Smith; and her grandchildren, Jody Glass and Kollin Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Pam (Wyatt Graham), Gary Hoffman (Cindy), Judy Hoffman, Eddy Hoffman and Jan Hoffman; and her brother Jim Bailey. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
