He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wendell and Mildred Weber. He is survived by: his parents, Carol Weber and Eugene Weber of Anadarko Oklahoma; his pet Charlie; and his brothers, Gene (Summer Weber) of Anadarko and John Weber of Franklin Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family would love donations to be made to Anadarko Public Schools Wrestling program or Chickasha Public Schools Wrestling program in honor of Jerry Weber.
