She is survived by: her children, Kim, Alan Hayes of Chickasha and Shirley Hayes of Chickasha; and her grandchildren, Michael, Leah Hayes, Dallas Hayes, Valarie Walker, Melanie, Kevin Riley, Stephanie and Trent Bohot. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, & great grandchildren.
