She is survived by: her former spouse Dale Osborn; her son Jerry Ray; her daughter-in-law Amy Osborn of Chickasha; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Bobby Line of Chickasha; her sister Judy Cole of Chickasha; her grandson J. J. Osborn of Chickasha; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Garner, Michelle Garner, Greg Cole, Brett Cole and Jeff Kendall. She is also survived by five step daughters and many step grandchildren.
