He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Still; his stepdaughter Misha Holt Carlisle (Danny Carlisle) of Mustang, OK; his wife Paula Holt; his stepchildren, Jeff Hollander (Salina) of Lone Grove, OK and Lori Johnson (Tim) of Goshen, OH; his grandchildren, Katie Carlisle, Zoey Carlisle, Hannah Hollander, Kaitlyn Hollander, Emma Hollander, Cooper Johnson and Piper Johnson; and his sisters, Patty Smith (Ernie) and Jean Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
