He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Baity and Mildred Baity; and his wife Betty "Jo". He is survived by: his children, LaMont Baity (Bobbie) of Buffalo, Texas, LenRae Baity (Andrew Clifford) of Mesa and Dwight Baity (Susan) of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Jessi Baity, Christina Baity, Rebecca Baity and Robert Baity; and his sister Mary Lou Preston.
