He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fitzpatrick (Lawson); his children, Ballard (Karen Fitzpatrick), Joseph Fitzpatrick, Teresa Fitzpatrick, Sandi (Michael McCurley) and Sarah Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Laray Fitzpatrick, Dwain (Carolyn Fitzpatrick) and Brenda Rogers. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and another grandchild.
