He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Clay and Lucille G. Looney (Fitzgerald). He is survived by: his wife Janell Looney; his daughter Cindy King; his grandchildren, Brandie (Jeremy) and Kasey (Scotty); his great grandchildren, Christopher, Noah and Lennon; and his sisters, Mary Jensen and Donna Rahija (Wayne).
