He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hayden and Isabel Hayden; his spouse Claudetta Shaw of Chickasha; and his siblings, Janell Daly, Johnnie Strout, Marquerite Johnson, Juanita Beatty, Fran Carter, Clara McCoy, Lawrence Hayden and Howard Hayden.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Davis, Arvella Hayden of Oakland California, Leo Hayden (Wayne) of Oakland, CA and Willard Hayden (Gene) of Chickasha, OK.; his granddaughter Carol Billingsley; his great grandchild Michelle Smith; and also, Marla Morgan, Marlo Shaw, Marlana Shoshtari, Marlita Shaw Brown, Marlisha Smallwood, Johanna Shaw, Joseph Shaw and Kanisha Hayes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
