He is survived by: his mother Darla Ellis (Mosley); his wife Allicia Lay; his children, Colton Ray Payne, Charlea Ray Payne, Laney Kay Payne, Cozee May Payne and Landrey Fay Payne; his siblings, Austin Payne and Allison Ellis; and his niece Ellie Austin. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
