He is survived by: his parents, Connie Burgett (Richard) and Kenneth Vaughn (Anne Roberts); his children, Collin Dwayne Vaughn, Derek Christopher Vaughn and Mandy White; and his siblings, Nicky J Vaughn (Diana Creekmore) and Johanna D Lewis (Paul Lewis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
