He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrel Malone and Katie Malone; and his siblings, Mamie Malone, Betty Christian, Sammy, Daniel, Leon and Bobby Malone.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Tim Malone and Tamara Nunnelley (Shane); his granddaughter Megan Drennan (Brandon); his great grandchild Benjamin; and his siblings, John Malone (Regina), Jean Ross, Karen Arters (Danny) and Evelyn Bridges (Shorty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
