He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae Milliken (McGill) and Jink Milliken; and his sister Jilene Buck. He is survived by: his wife Terri Milliken; his sons, Noah Milliken, Micah Milliken, Luke Milliken and Seth Milliken; his sisters, Millie Linville (Earl) of Ninnekah and Carolyn Milliken of Chickasha; his niece Sandy Crowder (Mark) of Chickasha; his nephew Chris Buck (Jaina) of Kirksville, MO; his parents-in-law, Ron and Jo Ann Caudill of Chickasha; and also Ron Caudill.
