He is survived by: his wife Linda Cooksey; his son E. J. Musick (Lola); his brothers, Tommy Cooksey and Gene Cooksey; and his grandchildren, Erica Bohanan, Jesse of Verden, Chris, Tim, Jase and Baylee of Ninnekah.
