With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Irene Brooks of Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Batt and Hulda Batt; her husband Robert Eugene Brooks; and her siblings, George Batt, Paul Batt, Rosie Pope and Margaret Heil.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Brooks and Nita Howard (David Howard); her granddaughter Kimberly Van Rees (Chris Van Rees); her great grandchildren, Hannah Van Rees and Nicholas Van Rees; her daughter Pam Wilhelm (Dwight Wilhelm); her grandsons, Austin Wilhelm (Maddie Wilhelm), Tyler Wilhelm and Trenton Wilhelm; her siblings, Mary Nichols, Pauline Ditto, Lelyn Batt and Sam Batt; and her close friends, Rachel Tarbox, Renee Plemons, Pat Harmon and Emma Woods. She is also survived by her three daughters, their spouses, four grandchildren and their spouses, and two great-grandchildren.
