He is survived by: his son Bill; his daughter-in-law Madalyn Sykes of Houston, Texas; his daughter Rene; his son-in-law Robert Case of Wildomar, California; his son Ken; his daughter-in-law Wendy Sykes of Mannford, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Thibodeaux, Michael Case, Christopher Case, Cassie Case, Amanda Sykes, Kenny Logan Sykes and Sarah Sykes. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
