She is survived by: her former husband David J. Allen; her children, John Gregory Allen (Dianna) of Oklahoma City, Gary David Allen (Ladonna) of Chickasha and Gayla Celestia Stewart (Richard) of Owasso; her grandsons, William (Tracy), Aubrey (Wyatt) and Cameron (Jessica); and her siblings, Cleo Hendy of Chico, Goree Smith (Bari) of St. Matthews and Hammy Smith (Jody) of Laurel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
