She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Pack and May O. Pack (Lang); her husband Willard Scarbarough; her son Paul A. Scarbarough; and her daughter-in-law Emma Scarbarough.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Scarbarough of Chickasha; her granddaughters, Melissa Scarbarough-Duncan, Janeta Montalbo of Oklahoma City and Laverna Scarbarough of Chickasha; and her great grandchildren, Tabatha Davidson of Chickasha, Rheanna of Chickasha and Gracie Montalbo of Chickasha. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
