She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Owens and Myrtle Owens; her husband James Paul Ballard; her sons, James L. Giddens and Justin Giddens; and her brothers, James Owens and Joe Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Barrington of Oklahoma City, OK and Mark Ballard (Valarie) of Chickasha, OK; her grandchildren, Kim Reed of Claremore, OK, Kristen Giddens of Guthrie, OK, Jessica Miller of Owasso, OK, Lisa Ballard of Oklahoma City, OK, Katy Ballard of Guthrie, OK, Dillon Robbins of Las Vegas, NV and Samuel Reed of Kansas City, KS; and her sister Patricia Gibson of Houston, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
