Arthur was born and raised in Chickasha Oklahoma. His parents were Arthur Monsebais Sr and Mary Ann Lutke of Texas. He attended Ninnekah high school. He had two daughters who he loved deeply, Raegan and Unique Monsebais. Arthur was blessed with one grandson from Unique, Josiah Salazar. He had many brothers and sisters, along with nieces and nephews. Arthur was very hard working and very passionate about all of his work. He was a heavy machine operator along with being a diesel mechanic. He could do just about any kind of work, his favorite hobbies included fishing and RC cars. Arthur was also an amazing cook among all the things he could do. Arthur lived a short but great life, he may be gone but will never be forgotten.
