He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dee and Carrie Hooper (Thiessen); his wife Mildred Joyce Hooper; his son Vaughn Monroe Hooper; and his brothers, Robert Hooper and Buck Hooper.
He is survived by: his son Alfred; his daughter-in-law Arlene Hooper of Rush Springs; his grandchildren, Crystal Lee (Sammy) of Rush Springs, Lori Michelle Hooper (Derek Bennewith) of Ninnekah and Eric Vaughn Hooper of Chickasha; and his brothers, Mark Hooper (Lydia) of Mountain View and George Hooper of Mountain View. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
