She is survived by: her children, Sondra Davis of Cheyenne, OK and Bobby Parkhurst of Cheyenne, OK; and her brothers, Steven Blaylock of Dallas, TX and David Blaylock of Midwest City, OK. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
