He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Means and Oliver Means; his wife Pamela Means; his sister Opal Means; his daughter Teresa Bennett; and his grandson Willis Bennett.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Teresa and Connie; and his children, Michael Means (Mary), David Means and Connie Pannes (John). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
