He is survived by: his wife Twila Frazer; his daughter Tylee Frazer; his grandchildren, Atlee Fuller and Andrew John Fuller; and his sisters, Sue Case (Rodger), Bonnie Clinesmith, Pat Canaday (Jim) and Debbie Horn (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
