He is survived by: his spouse Jean Smith; his children, Kelly Thompson (Tommy) of Prosper, TX and Shawn Condreay of Plano, TX; his grandchildren, Jeremy Thompson of McKinney, TX, Lindsey Lee (Jonathan) of Birmingham, AL and Olivia Condreay of Spring, TX; his siblings, Duane Condreay (Norma) of Carmen, OK, Lois Roth (Ray) of Littleton, CO and Emilie Condreá (Lee Seeba) of Tokyo, Japan; and his sister-in-law Fonda Condreay of Carmen, OK.
