She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Toney; her grandparents, Bernard Lyons, Sr., Roberta Toney and Lelia Cutsinger; her brother Jonathan Victor Lyons; her uncles, Charles Lyons, Jerry Miller, Kenny Boggs and Ronnie Stewart; and her mother-in-law B. J. Whetstone.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Boeckman; her children, David, Chance and Maranda Boeckman of Chester, OK; her mother Ada Cutsinger (Scott) of Dodge City, KS; her siblings, Briahna Faith Lyons and Larry Woolridge; and her aunts and uncles, Bernard, Victor Lyons, Debbie Boggs and Tonia Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Donations in Debra's honor may be made for her children's expenses to Lewis Boeckman, in care of Redinger Funeral Home (Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663).
