He is survived by: his mother Shirley Kathryn Luscombe Moore of Enid; his sister Toni Goforth of Canton; his nieces, Brandi Lumbert (Randell) of Marlow and Stephanie Caldwell of Delaware; his nephew Daniel Goforth (Shayla) of Galena, Ohio; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb Garrison, Kathryn Garrison, Reagan Caldwell, William Caldwell, Blayne Goforth and Miles Goforth.
