He is survived by: his son Tucker Cash; his mother Dena Tackett of Oney, OK.; his parents-in-law, Guy and Leslie Shoulders of Silver City, OK.; his brother Chelsey Tackett of Cherokee, OK.; his wife Sage Tackett; his son Turner Tackett of Mannford, OK.; his grandparents, Lavon, Carolyn Earp and Odie Tackett of Binger, OK.; his brother Colby Tackett (Chelsey); and his nephews, Gunnar and Garrett.
