He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Mackey and Lula Guymon Mackey; his brother Lyndon Mackey; and his parents-in-law, Dencil and Isabel Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Janelle Allen; his great grandchild Tyson; his children, Shannon North (Larry), Gina Ozmer (Steve) and Lane Mackey (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Kasey North, Ty North (Haley), Garett, Carson (Isabel Ozmer) and Avri (Brody Mackey).
