She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Walton Hankey and Rhoda Lenore Millspaugh Hankey; and her husband David Paul Cullen. She is survived by: her children, Eva-Marney Lynne Cullen (John Fread), Amy Elisabeth Madison and Andrew David Cullen (Kathy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fred W. and Rhoda L. Hankey Scholarship Fund at Oklahoma Baptist University through Lanman Funeral Home.
