He is survived by: his parent Jessie Puffinbarger (Terry); his children, Loretta Doak (Randy) of Okeene, Lynetta Cressler (Ross) of Hoxie and Tommy Puffinbarger (Angela) of Burlington; his siblings, Loy Puffinbarger (Anne) of Edmond and Muriel Bushman (Jerald) of Enid; his sisters-in-law, Cleo McCollough of Enid and Madie Faye Puffinbarger of Vici; his grandchildren, Cody Puffinbarger of Cherokee, Joni Inskeep (Eric) of Kingfisher, Isaac Palmer of Bethany, Heather Holt of Oklahoma City, Tiffany Holt of Alva, Keith Cressler (Michelle) of Hoxie, Randi Cressler of Hoxie and Chasity Lewis (Mike) of Hoxie; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Puffinbarger, Tripton Puffinbarger, Rylee Inskeep, Avery Inskeep, Bentley Cook, Braydyn Cook, Troy Cressler and Brittany Lewis.
