He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita Gallegos DeLeon of Donna, Texas.. He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Gallegos of Denver and Esther Banderas of Cherokee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
