He is survived by: his wife Fran; his children, Kandi Smith (Aaron), Lacie Floyd, Samantha Domnick and Sabrena Cutright (Jacobi Mahoney); his grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Kelsi Smith, Nolan Benson, Mason Domnick, Dante Floyd, Kasidy Mahoney, Gavin Mahoney, Karly Mahoney and Tootie Kelley; and his sisters, Peggy Cutright and Betsy Burks (Vance).
