He was predeceased by: his parents, Aristides "Bud" Knopf and Ruth Myrick Knopf. He is survived by: his brother Gene Knopf (Ellen); his nephew John Kerfoot (Ashley); his niece Christy Kerfoot-Tidwell (Scott Tidwell); his great-nephews, Clay and Noah Kerfoot; his great-niece Marleigh Tidwell; and his aunt Darlene Uber. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to the church through the funeral home.
