She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Small and Edith Small; her brothers, Delmont Small and Jack Small; and her husbands, Orville Tuxhorn and Kellie Wyman.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Tuxhorn of Huntington and Cathy Campbell of Benton; and her grandchildren, Dustin Campbell of Benton, Lee Tuxhorn, Stacy Campbell of Hot Springs and Addie Tuxhorn-Gulati of Carrollton.
