It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wessels (Cherokee, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wessels and Bessie Mae Jantz Wessels; and his daughter Julie (Barbara Wessels). He is survived by: his close friend Edith Haight; his son Jerry Wessels (Shanndee); his grandchildren, Lindzee and Kolt; his daughter Laura Wade (Wynn); his grandchild Harley; his daughter Ladonna Nichols (Jim) of Grandview; his grandson Quinton Thomas of Cherokee; and his siblings, Ron Wessels (Cathy) and Georgia Wilson (Carl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends.
