He is survived by: his wife Naomi; his children, Eva-Marney Cullen (John Fread), Amy Madison and Andrew Cullen (Kathy); his adoptive son Kevin Burleson (Cheri); and his sisters, Margaret Shea and Susan Cullen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
